we will try to send it out the same day we receive your request. If we do not have the information readily
available we will research what is needed to answer your pattern question and keep you informed on our progress
as we work on your request. We may or may not be able to answer inquiries on older publications. We cannot
accommodate inquiries for generic pattern searches, designing or writing instructions for individuals. If you
need help with substituting a different yarn than the one used in the pattern, we suggest you visit
